Luxe at Play Review – The Aussie Flashpacker

A good quality playmat is an essential for babies and kids. The majority of the ones on the market are super bright and colourful and whilst I know colours have their place in a baby’s development, a super bright playmat just doesn’t suit our coastal home. I was gifted us a round Luxe at Play mat at my baby shower from some of my beautiful friends and from the moment I saw it I was in love! We’ve used our mat everyday since Addie was born and because I love to share our favourite products, here are the reasons why we love our Luxe at Play mat so much.

We have the round Sage Scallops / Petal Luxe at Play mat. It’s 1.4m (Diameter) x 1.5cm thick and I love that the mat is reversible. We alternate between the two sides of the mat as I think both sides are just as gorgeous as each other.

I leave the mat in Addie’s room the majority of the time, but bring it out into the living room when we are playing out there. I like the subtle, pastel tones which blend well into our home decor and it doesn’t stand out like bright primary colours on a mat would.

Both sides are also the perfect backdrop for a mini photoshoot!
